Just rang shannons to renew the qbe ctp insurance for the family truckster, and they confirmed (verbally) that I am covered interstate in an accident where I am not at fault. Wtf!

I suspect the problem with Chris' situation is determining who is at fault. If nobody else was involved, then I suppose the insurance company's position is that it defaults to him.
