Our good friend Jimmy Ferguson has passed away, QLD Laverda owner

I am pleased to say that nearly 30 of us rode to Walcha on the weekend and gave Jimmy the first of what I suspect will be many send off's.
The Brass Monkey ride will now be officially known as the Jimmy run. He will not be forgotten.
RIP Jimmy and our thoughts go out to Jimmy's family and friends.

So sad ,so very hard to take .Such a good bloke. We will all miss his long winded stories which would take 10 minutes to tell a 1 minute story. Now I think we could listen to him for days without telling him to get to the point of the story. Hope he is somewhere in the ether riding with his mate Greg who we lost not so long ago. RIP Jimmy

It’s so sad to realise that one of my best friends has gone. He will be sadly missed by me, I will miss being able to go to his place and look at his shed full of beautiful bikes, and to sit with him and dribble crap, when we where waisted. RIP my good friend.

Jim service will be held at Albany creek crematorium next Thursday at 11:00, then onto the Dayboro pub for a few beers. Everyone is welcome to join us in celebrating his life
