Rear shocks for SF1 - replace or clean up

Those are bargain basement items, go for a bit more upmarket with at least rebound damping adjustment.
Have had no problems with my YSS shocks although it took a while to dial in. Be careful what spring 'weight' you choose, especially dual rate springs, don't want to have the tight windings coil-bound under rider/bike weight.

Terry Hays at Walasha is the Shock Treatment importer. I haven't heard K-Tech do twin shocks. They sure do high-end race gear through.

OK - things are coming together so need to actually get some shocks purchased - was thinking of splurging on Nitron:

Others will offer good advice on good, but less pricy alternatives. But you can't really go wrong with Nitron, Maxton and the French company whose name I forget - among others. If you're not planning on riding the wheels off it you can probably buy in. a lower price bracket.
