RGS 1000 air filter

Any ideas for air filter replacement, I think the Champion U305 fit but can't find it anymore.
Same question on plugs NGK B8ES hard to find, what are you using?

I've had no problems getting NGK plugs, but Champion N2 work equally, and my local Walmart sells them.

You can search for a Bosch S0036 air filter, not sure if these are readily available Stateside.
I use Champion N3C spark plugs for the lower compression engines.

Also try Mann C2859. I was able to source one easily in Oz only a couple of years ago, just needed to be shortened an inch or so.

Thread 'RGS Air Filter'

Hello,

I've been looking to replace my RGS air filter.  Found via some excellent support from our local motor factor that the following are the correct profile; Bosch S 0354, Mann C3459, Mahle LX3245 Purflex A1779.  All are to long but, with a little work with a sharp blade and a little glue a new filter can be fashioned .
