Marty: Recommend you use a Dial Indicator (Fit it any way you can) to adjust the tappets on your Breganzie 750 SOHC Twin as them Tappet Screws do tend to leave divots and the cam follower can be beveled which a feeler gauge will not measure.

Feeler Gauges will give you an approximation but a Dial Indicator will put you right on and don't forget to check the tappet clearance again after you have torqued the tappet nut and screw ;o)

PS: Some of them tappet screws and nuts can be brittle so be vigilant - Especially if your going after 7600rpm+.

May have been they had until a new stock load arrived - I would have nabbed what they had so I had a sample to set up the rockers for clearance.

Is there an Aprilia that uses Rotax donks? Did you try Floods in Melbourne? No delay with shipping and only $17.50 when I bought those two. If I wasn't confined to quarters I'd ride out to Lilydale and pick them up for you!!

I think all big Aprilias used Rotax engines. The 750 V twin was the first in house engine I believe.
