What's important is not the property but the money and jobs linked with insurance.Unfortunately, it’s seems like it’s a bit of a worldwide issue in ‘westernised’ countries. Property theft used to be considered worse than just about any other crime, justifying transportation. Perhaps there’s a connection.

That may change due the the amounts insurers are going to have to fork out because of climate change, but they'll likely find a way through.
