Barbecue thread (all welcome)

All I can say is I very much enjoyed my Christmas lunch of venison stew.
My wife just added if I turned into a vegan she would poison me. It appears to be quite a common event in Oz.
Darling would you like some ‘mushrooms’? 🤢
 
Pork skewers, marinated in soy, oyster sauce, garlic and chilli 😋

Last night I did tofu and veg skewers for the vegan wife. She even took some to work for lunch….. must have been the sneaky pork fat I basted them in 🤣🤣

Pork first, then chicken, then lamb… praise to the taste gods.

I know, I know…. no red wine nearby… 😋 later.

Japanese lamb BBQ restaurant.
Hokkaido lamb, there is a choice of lamb or mutton.
