BEARS Australia 2023

My only track experience had me shredding the hell out of my rear spinning it up coming out of bends at Eastern Creek. Great fun but it would have ripped it to shreds with any more of that happening. Apparently, 40psi is way too much pressure for track riding. Live and learn.

Sure was a cracking w/end 😎👌🏼

This photo is what it’s all about for me! Bunch of blokes/mates that just happen to have an affection towards Laverda’s along with bike racing/Froffies/Banter and of course……Cheese Kranskies!
Many thanks to Red n Max for stumping up and bringing the Bikes to Broadee. Your Passion and skill for developing these Redax Racers is amazing! Hats off to you mate, they sure do give us a shot in the arm when we are hangin off the fence whatching.
To all those that stood in our humble squalor and shared a story old n new…..I salute you!
We watched the gun pilot carve his way through pack on more than one occasion, a smooth operator is Matt, was a pleasure to watch Mate, Bravo 🙌

As always Dave your hospitality was outstanding. Love your work. BK

All good on the way home Q. We went over the top from Corryong to Threadbo on probably the best weather of the year. Awesome.
No Fuzz hastles and 4,200 k's later all safe and sound at home.
Lots of stops to rehydrate;)

That bike of yours must have been very happy back in that groove. It knew the way between Bris and Mel blindfolded back when.
Ha, yes this Jota has done that trip many times. These days doing the trip with Paul on his 81 we are doing very different roads to those we used back in the day. I love these long trips on the Jota as, for me, it is one of the most comfortable bikes to ride long distances on. Looking forward to next year's trip already.

Brilliant. Looks like there have been a lot of Lavs putting in big miles in Aus in past couple of weeks:love:
Classics actually being ridden (far), who would have thought:eek::LOL:
(Alas, I didn't add to any of the miles. The few thousand kms I did over past few weeks have all been in an effing car. Stand in the corner boy while I get me cane)
