Espresso machines

There's a coffee thread on a motorbike forum? Now I've seen everything, 'cept an elephant fly.
you never saw my mates ex wife, when he came home late, fair suck of the sav col, she could fly, not only of the handle but of the floor too. He was always into the larger gals, I think because of the theory of Jim Jeffries

Hahahaha.

I think that?s a hipster you are talking about. They can wax lyrical enough to make brown corduroy pants romantic. In Italy you ?take espresso ? like a medicine various time daily. In Most other parts of the world much like wine porn, people have ruined coffee culture.
Pour over and filter and the like are just like un oaked Chardonnay. That is not a correct Chardonnay not is pour over a replacement for espresso. Best place for espresso in the world is in the train station espresso bar in Naples.

We bought a SMEG BCC02 some months ago. Excellent machine.

Many years back while traveling in Columbia and again 5 years ago while traveling Brazil, when ordering coffee in a restaurant the question always was "Cuchara uno dos?" which means one or two spoons of coffee. Yes, they served instant coffee everywhere from truck stops to fine restaurants, go figure. Brewed coffee was available but the go-to option was always instant as the first offering.
Yes, a coffee thread on a motorcycle forum just goes to show how sophisticated Laverda riders are, it's 4 o'clock anyone for tea?

It’s got to be sophisticated , a kiwi from the south invented it as we know instant soluble coffee…. They even have Italian bikes or do I hear in Nz 😇

It was a joke, my family produced coffee up in New Guinea for over sixty years.
Best way to get a caffeine hit is to chew a handful of green bean straight off the drying rack.
We'll all be drinking Pabst next.

PB2 and myself once did a two day Melbourne to Perth on my SF2. At Pt Augusta we med a pair on a BM who said we might need some help and gave us their unused "Nodoz" caffeine pills, apparently one tab was like several double espressos. We tried them the first night and they did nothing. The second day we were running short of cash after a stuff-up with a bank agency (had to wait four hours and then maximum withdrawal $50 or some such), just enough for fuel to Perth, so we weren't eating. The second night, a couple of those Nodoz on empty stomachs had our eyeballs almost touching our helmet visors.

NoDoz, I have seen many people present to the ER complaining of chest pain, upon further investigation excessive caffeine ingestion is the cause. Chest pain returns a week later when they get the Emergency room bill, probably wished they were dead. Avoid NoDoz or similar if you are over 60.
