I just bought chott and i’m having hard time to find rubber parts. Bike is in exelent condition except rubber parts. Fender mounting rubbers, headlight rubber isolators, rear light mounting rubbers,..

Did anyone find some supplier or knows where to get parts that at least look similar.

Also does anybody have workshop/maintenence manual for it
 
I can’t find generic parts with same dimensions. Also grommets available have really rounded edges. Stock ones are with sharp edges,…
 
New day new problem.

I only have spark on one sparkplug. I think that problem is in electronic ignition/coils.

Does anyone knew where can i buy NOS or used ignition?

And i also need carburetor intake rubb

And also. Does anybody know oil guantity for forks and oil weight.

Hi ludiluka, I could offer you some parts like a original manual, a NOS ignition box and maybe some rubber parts also. Carburator intake manifold is difficult to find - same part as on 500 Formula. For oil quantity see my scan of the manual. Contact me: gert.schnoegl@netway.at

Most special rubber items of the Chott, including the chain tunnels and taillight rubber, used to be available from Ariete. Hope this is still the case.

Have manuals, bruchures.

Another question for experts. Can somebody tell me what year was bike produced?

I just added a bunch of rubber grommets to my 3c fairing, and oddly found Imperial-sized grommets are thicker with a squarer section, the metric sizes are thinner and much more rounded. No idea why.

I will buy complete switch or just internals.

for sure Moto laverda did not make that switch, its generic alright, and I think made by CEV, later Chotts had a different and much more bulbous all plastic item, also generic.

Just write the reference number into Google and I'm sure you'll find a replica. A lot of old CEV stuff is replicated.
