Even a fool like me wouldn't want this but it might float some individuals boat.

Now I know that I have been hunting for any old motor to grab the head for Monty rebuild, but not even I am that desperate.. :p

This one will be used for spares I think.
How terrible the bike is, you can rebuild it, as long it’s special enough and you take your time.

This model was never delivered and is not found anywhere in my country, Canada. Nonetheless, if you follow the classic rule from full worth as a 100 pointer, on down, what is this bike worth at a reputable auction such as say, Mecum?

Restoring this machine cosmetically and mechanically, as an enthusiast rather than a professional, paying yourself 11 cents an hour, probably is higher than the value of this bike as a 100 point bike. As is the case, with many classics, it’s more about passion rather than common sense.

Is that the Bunt bike? Remember reading about that (I had a Mk1 Monty at the time) and entered the competition. Did you win it Andy?
Still got all the guff in my bound 🥸 copies of SuperBike 😜

O man, I am Dutch. What does “guff in my bound” mean?
Andy didn’t win but is the first and maybe the only one who used the bike really, as far as I know.
