please email me on coxeng@gmx.com.
All of the items will be totally identical to the original Laverda Factory components.
In particular, the production of Down pipes for 1000/1200/120 Jota/RGS/RGA/SFC1000 in Chrome have been long
waited for, these will be about 3 weeks, production will start on Monday now the tooling is made.

Monty 500 Exhaust box in Black., can also do Ceramic any colour, or Chrome Plated, as original design.
Monty 500 Exhaust Down Pipes, in Black, can also do as above.

I am looking for an original Monty exhaust box for a sample if anyone has one, happy to supply a new one at cost
price for the old one, it will have to be cut up to to copy. We made these 25+ years ago, but the tooling and jigs are long gone. The one we need will have to be straight to use for jigs manufacture, holes are ok.......

There will be  several other new products later in the year which are currently obsolete, and very sought after.

If any member has any interest in any of the above and wish to either order, or be put on my mail list for when the items are ready to sell, please send me a message.
Shipping worldwide is no problem.

All the usual products will also be on display at the Laverda Owners Club AGM on April 10th.

kind regards
Malcolm

Hi Malcolm
Good to see you back on the forum so trust all is well... this is great news as many of us have been patiently waiting for what seems an eternity for the headers to come through.

Am sure that if they are of the same quality,  fit and standard as that of the collectors and silencers then they will certainly be the business.

Better put me down for a set for the RGS as am tired of the stand not sitting up all the way and that means can finally ditch those butt ugly stainless jobbies.

I reckon that a certain bloke down Torquay way will be wanting one of the Monty jobbies when they come available hey Maurice !

I have had 5 questions about the Chrome Down Pipes  for the 1000/1200 and 120 Jota, the answer is yes, there will be fluted pipes for the big valve head models.....and all RGS/RGA/SFC1000 ones will also have the fluted
tops where they meet the cylinder head.......any more questions, please ask....thanks...Malcolm

I have been waiting for the right time to get one of your quailty exhaust systems and have sent an email requesting one. Mine is a 1976 3CL (Jarama) that desparately needs a new exhaust.
Glad to see that there are still people out there enthusiastic enough to manufacture new parts for our addictive passions.

Does anyone have a pair of 750 "S" 35mm down pipes I can loan to so I can manufacture the jigs from and
produce the tooling required.
They have to be straight, rust is fine.....as long as no damage.....
Please contact me on  01789 764349  or coxeng@gmx.com    thanks, Malcolm

I am also in the process of the Monty 500 exhaust systems as well, already made end cap spinnings and have the steel cut for the bodies.
I need to loan a set of original down pipes and original exhaust box. I need these for manufacturing the tooling and jigs required.......Does any one have any of this I can borrow??  rust and holes does not matter, as long as straight....regards, Malcolm

I've got a straight Monty exhaust that has been patched up where the outer must have perforated at some time.
Not much use for anything else. I could send some pics if interested.

Hi......yes I am interested to loan it from you, I need to make all the jigs to get it a perfect fit, are you UK?

Hi Malcolm - How long would you need the pipe to copy them?

I've got the round pipes on my early GT,  which I presume are the same as the S?

Happy to lend them,  but don't want to be without the use of my bike for too long!  You may (or may not)  recall I only live about 20 mins away from you as well (I once came to pick up some footrests from you with my son).

James

Hi James, thank you for your reply first of all.......can you pm me or email me with your number please?....and I will give you a run down on my plans.....regards  Malcolm

Also want to thank Kevin (sonic Boom 500) for the loan of the Monty 500 exhaust box and downpipes.....I expect to be able to offer these for sale in about 8 weeks time now, if anyone is interested in Monty exhaust parts give me a call......regards...Malcolm

First, may I thank forum members for the help in locating an original Monty system which Sonic Boom 500 has loaned me.......so Monty Full Systems will be available in 6 to 8 weeks now.
If you are interested, please contact me.

I am looking for an original 750 Balance /Collector Box, the later type with the indentations.  I have an early one for making jigs and tooling, but need to copy the indentations, so condition does not matter too much.
Can Anyone help please???

regards
Malcolm

If you own a 750, and are waiting for silencers, the waiting is almost over now.!!!
I have collected the first 3 sets today for each model. I know my pictures are not great, but I can say that these Chrome
silencers are the best I have ever seen. The finish and chrome plating is good enough for any show bike.
We have used a thicker gauge steel than usual.  The chromium plating is a very deep finish.
These are samples, and the production units are about 4 weeks away.
The production silencers will all have the correct DGM numbers stamped on them in the correct place.
These are a direct copy of the "Conti" originals, except heavier, better finished, far superior plating, and will be a lot cheaper than the originals.  I will be able to announce the prices next week.
These new silencers are simply the best available for any 750 SF3 etc........
They can be ordered now......
They will all be at the Laverda Owners Club AGM on Sunday 10th April......any questions, please ask me....regards, Malcolm
