Picture of the whole bike please- the bottom one’s a friction adjuster - that threaded hole is for a screw & locknut throttle stop- stops you from stretching your cables- still available as a spare part, look up Tomaselli Daytona. You could just blank it off with a small screw .Just bought a 1970 GT. On the way home I lost a bolt (the adjusting screw). What does it adjust? How to adjust?
Good advice, will check it.I would be a bit suspicious about the fuel filters, check the tank for rust inside. It LOOKS tidy, maybe too tidy. Hope it goes as well as it looks.
Agree, want to remove them, but then I need new throttle control etc.And why do people fit turn signals to old bikes that never had them?
That would be my approach.Nice bike
Concentrate on the things that make it better for riding, new battery etc. Other things can wait
Bought a 2017 Ducati Scrambler a couple of weeks ago and i still find myself reaching under the tank when I get home every now and then. That's what decades of riding laverda does to your reflexes ....And turn the petrol off.

And turn the petrol off.
