Out and About on your Laverda. No bull,Just photos

Obviously Hamish isn't the only poser riding around - this one on his ShouldabeenaJota at Windy Corner last Sunday afternoon. The photographer also 'caught' on camera who I suspect is the twat whose driving I took issue with a couple of week's ago.

It doesn’t look like you’re posing, looks like business time 😎

Front rego plate is not distinguishable, I turned my mobile phone over, and hey presto: QUADLOCK

I went to a small bike show in Huntington Beach, California on Sunday, and won BOTM with the 3C - not a C3 as the text says. I have asked for that to be updated. As you can see by the tires, I haven't been around many corners yet. The tank shows my attempt to wipe off fuel spillage. A new gasket is in the works, hope it, err, works.

The show is small, but always has a nice mix of bikes. Check out the galleries, especially the Philippe de Lespinay bikes, a 1966 Honda RC116 in April (BOTM), and 1972 Derbi Grand Prix, which would have won had he decided to enter it. I think he has enough trophies already.

Well well well…. now we know where the thread ‘Bike of the Month’ went… it was beamed up to the USA

On Monday 11th just gone, i took my Laverda " Jota" to Elvington with several time consuming modifications. I guess you could class it as a success in the circumstances ( a 10mph sidewind (10⁰ head) but was pretty disappointing because of that.

I know this is the 1st run because only 1 & 2 were sans fairing and run 2 turned into a weave so i stuck my head up and shaved off 25mph through the 1.25 mile marker.

I managed 148 on the 1st run as pictured, so im done with this now until perhaps the last event of the year.
