I've considered these and done some sums. Much brighter yes but will flatten my battery in 8 hours instead of 5 ish. I'll give it a go though. I like the idea of the 20w sidelight. I have the LED sidelight equivalent bought for my lemans but not tried it yet

Remember that rear / brake light and instrument lighting can also be changed out for LED to help balance the power budget.

But then you might not know your battery is flat if the motor doesn't die when you dab the brake.

Hello, I'm not sure if the RR is the same with all Laverdas, but with my RGS, I bought a cheap one from eBay. It would be heading towards ten years ago now, and it is still working. I fitted a voltmeter to my bike, it is good I can keep an eye on it.

When I received it, it was a bit too big to fit in place of the original, I ended up using a bandsaw to shave a bit off.
