Love it! Just watched Dr No on the box - they're running Sean's Bond films back-to-back in place of ordinary shit programming.

my mum met him once she being the same age (currently 91) at the time she was about 55 and had the pleasure of being waltzed around a dance floor in full evening dress/gown, I was there but didn't take a lot of notice of it, except that when she was returned to our table she positively glowed for about 40 minutes and the smile was as though she had a tight bungee cord around the back of her head and the hooks in either side of her mouth, he properly made her day and a true gent to the core. I have always wished that I could dance her around the floor but never did learn enough to achieve it.

I met his first wife (Dianne scilllento) cilento??  She was a partner in a radio station we built some broadcasting kit for.

I quickly Realised why he divorced her.

Did he divorce her, did she divorce him, or did they both divorce?

He made some great films after Bond, my 2 favourites are The Man Who Would Be King, with Micheal Cane and The Name of the Rose.
 
Man who would be king is fantastic,....he made a weird sci-fi film, zardoff.. or something like that...the pony-tail wig and red leather leiderhozen were less cool.. :o

French because after 1066 my home tome of Westerham was given to a French man the brother in law  of William the bonkerer, and the name has been discovered in Northern France, an American because one of my ancesters is Viola Katherine Clemans, who had two illegitimate children, both boys by (maybe) William Cody (Buffalo Bills wild west show) did his two UK tours for Queen Victoria, Viola (unusually) retained the boys and they got her surname not Codys, the two Cody trips are much more recent than the frog connection just either side of the turn of the year 1900.
