LaverdaForum funding options

One of the pitfalls of living down under. I never even saw a button.

But, thanks everyone who chipped in, I'll have a free ride for 12 months
At least if my posts get guzzummped, I can be assured I haven't been diddled financially. :ROFLMAO:

And there it was gone ... o_O

Thanks to Rob, Paul, Red, Piet and Jens. And at least now you know where to come next time round .... :)

Just as an aside we seem to be getting quite a few new international members on here too. If you check the new members list it's an eye opener.
I hope they start to get involved, well once they've adjusted their perception of gentlemanly communication down to our level that is. Come on in guys the water's refreshing.

But you are an international member.

There were some amusing and insightful replies to the thank-you emails I sent out to all donors today.

It's clear that the overwhelming majority wish their financial support to remain anonymous. Typical comments -
"keeping it open and free to potential Laverda owners is vital if we want ownership to expand"
"I do not need a star on my shoulder for this"
"With a 'Supporter' badge you would split this great community. I wouldn't do that because many didn't have the opportunity to donate."
"Would remind me that on Animal Farm all animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others"

So again a final (for this year!) thank you to everyone who contributed.
