Blimey. I never would have spotted that in a million years. I must be from the "near enough is good enough" crowd. Some dick put 3 upside down.....
Yes. Look at 3 in almost any font and the top bit is smaller than the bottom bit.Nooo! You can't be serious? Or is it a joke to make you think you are/aren't OCD?! Are 3's asymmetrical in the vertical plane??
It may be OCD talking, but the bottom is actually a bit larger than the top bit.Yes. Look at 3 in almost any font and the top bit is smaller than the bottom bit.
All seems to be going according to plan thanks Q. My oncologist is making encouraging noises. How's your treatment and side effects going?
The main side affect to the chemical cocktails is; Young ladies look old. Like Hal, when he saw fat chicks that looked skinny to him. Please, no PC arguments this time....How's your treatment and side effects going?
Things are always perfectible and the pressure of money is everywhere. We've just celebrated the 75 years of our social security last year, born out of the resistance to the nazi invaders. Some of the money generated by work, and capital comes out of the pockets of workers, employers and banks to finance health, pensions, unemployment etc. In theory, everybody has equal access to health. You obviously live in a civilised country Paul. Australia is only partially civilised. The public health system might cover 50% of your medical costs if you're lucky. The rest comes out of the patient's pocket or from private health insurance cover.
I'm not wealthy, but fortunately I have good private health insurance.
Yes, we also have good basic medical care in Germany.Things are always perfectible and the pressure of money is everywhere. The oldest social security systems are German I believe going back to the 19th century.

It's a never ending battle against greed.Yes, we also have good basic medical care in Germany.
But if you have a lot of money or are privately insured (where the doctors can bill more) you can get appointments faster and get better treatment.
Money makes the world go round.

And it is usually just one election away from being swept out the door.I regularly measure how lucky I am to live in a country where money is not an element of health or treatment.
What a horrible thing.
Paul
One election or some street fighting which one prefers to avoid, which is why we have elections. And it is usually just one election away from being swept out the door.
