V6 model kit

I've contacted the maker and he came back to me with how he sees things.
Price for our orders would be €250, public sale price would be €270. Date and place of delivery would be next years Trofeo Rosso on the Vigeant track in France, July 2023. If sent by post or transporter, costs would be on top of the €250.
As expected, he'd like a down payment of 50%, so €125.

I now need to work out how to collect that money so that it doesn't go through my account, thus keeping things above board. I thought about opening a paypal account that would only serve that purpose if possible, the paypal statement could be shown to anybody asking for it.

Hi Paul
I would like a V6 kit, be very cool to put a model of one on the bar to remind me when I was allowed to ride it in Sydney
A true honor that I will always reminder

that is a lot of money, but I guess quality costs, V6 brochure for sale, 270 Eu's.
I will still need to find an expert to build it for me, because I would never have the patience, or maybe leave it unbuilt as the worlds only one left in the box and double in value every three years, just the ticket Paul! well one cant ride it, can one!

Hi Poul
I Think it be more precisely in 1:6, like Tamiya HONDA CR 750.

I've contacted the maker of the kits who will go ahead as soon as the down payments come in. According to what we discussed last summer, that involves going to Breganze for photos and measurements.

The kits will be 1/12th scale.
Manufacture will take 9 months. If all goes well, kits will be ready for the Trofeo Rosso on the Vigeant Val de Vienne track in France, mid July 2023.
Price of the kits is €250 delivered to the Trofeo Rosso. Postage is of course possible at cost. Using the moulds, the kits will be available to the public for €270 + postage.
Luciano, the maker of the kit would like a down payment of 50%, ie €125 with the order. Orders are open, so if you're interested, down payement is now.

I've opened a Paypal account which will solely be used for the payment of the kits. I've already sent a down payment for my kit. The statements of that account will be available on request if necessary.

The address of the account is: pouma54@orange.fr
Please leave a note with your name along with the payment.
Please be careful to make payment to family and friends to avoid charges, otherwise I'll have to run after you to recoup the charges. I'm only doing this for fun.
:)

Five down payments received.
I'll forward to Luciano, the model maker when I have 15 which was the initial brief so that way, we can get the ball rolling.
Which doesn't mean that the others can take their time
:)
The sooner all the orders are placed, the better. There's 18 from this forum including myself, 1 from the ILOC forum, 3 from the Amicale 750 Laverda and there should be 6 from the French Laverda club. I'm awaiting confirmation from them.

Hi Lothar,
Down payment received.
I expect that it will be the kit maker who will be posting the kits, so it will be he who organises that when the kits are ready.
I'll pass the information on as it comes.
