What did you do to or for or with your Laverda today?

I have sprinklers on my roof and mobile sprinklers to position where they're needed. Also have an unlimited water supply in my dam and a big fuck off pump as well as a couple of fire fighting pumps and hoses. As for me I'll end up in the dam with the Laverdas.
Have you got a little boardwalk/runway set up so you can ride or roll the bikes straight into the dam? :ROFLMAO: Maybe an underwater platform so you don't have to extract them from the mud and yabbies!

A lot more than a bushfire.
I have a very good friend who lives very close.
His very nice collection of bikes escaped flooding a few years back, let(s hope that they escape fire.

I phoned my friend last night.
Apparently, the fire is contained to one side of the road from Eupen to Malmédy. The problem is, all that area is a peat bog, so that's being destroyed and a fire on peat can progress unnoticed underground and reappear where and when you don't expect it.

Problem is a serious firestorm sucks up the oxygen, stalling mother fucker pump and choking everyone in the dam. But worth a shot, I think I’d rather cash in my chips in a dam, rather than being toasted on the ground.

Collected Beatriz from Driebergen, today.
Looking forward to 'testing' this evening on my way home.
Nürburgring tomorrow.:giggle:

Bought some Brisk plugs for my newly aquired GT750 having removed the old ones and put the Jota ones in that I knew were good - got the delivery and seeing as the plugs were all out on the Jota thought I would pop them in leaving the old Champions in the Suzuki - my what a pleasant surprise - cleaner and smoother pulling with the Brisks in the Jota ( maybe it’s the same with any new plugs ) going to order another 6 for the Suzuki and the Corsa 😂IMG_7601.jpeg

It's very much like Italian bikes.
France is full of foreigners buying what's left of them up.
Makes for expensive wrecks.

The French do not appear to be interested in old property, cars or motorcycles. ( terrible generalisation, I know) but they always react very positively to my little effort of keeping my van going.

The French are interested in old property, but when wads of money turn up, interest fades.

That's not my experience. They let house fall into disrepair because of ridiculous French inheritance laws and squabble like mad until the place falls down.
